5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Since our processing time is very fast, we often cannot change addresses once the order is placed.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • In Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

  • Delivered: We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" but missing. We recommend using a secure delivery address.
