1. The 90-Day Window

You have 90 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • We believe 30 days isn't enough to truly test a product. Take your time, try it out. If it doesn't work for you, we'll take it back.

2. Free US Returns (Prepaid Labels)

Forget about standing in line at the post office to pay for shipping.

Returning an item shouldn't be a headache.

  2. Get Label: We will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

  3. Ship It: Pack the item (original packaging preferred) and ship it back to our US Return Center.

  4. Get Paid: Once verified, your refund is processed immediately.

4. Condition of Returns

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be in good condition with no signs of accidental damage or misuse.

  • Must include original accessories (if any).

5. Refunds & Processing Speed

Since our return center is in the US, we process refunds fast.

  • Once your return scans as "Delivered" at our warehouse, we typically inspect and approve it within 1-2 business days.

  • The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to post the funds.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged (which is rare, thanks to our US quality control), you don't even need to return it.
